VOICEAI LLC – REFUND POLICY

1. Scope

This Refund Policy covers all paid subscriptions, minute bundles, and add-ons purchased directly via the Voiceai dashboard or through an authorized Voiceai sales invoice. If you obtained the Service from a third-party reseller or marketplace, that party's refund terms apply.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For first-time customers who enrol in a monthly plan:

Subscription fee: If you have already used any of the phone numbers or minutes assigned to your account, the unused portion will be calculated pro-rata and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The 30-day period begins on the date of your initial charge. To request a refund, the account owner must email [email protected] with the subject line "30-Day Refund." Requests received after the 30-day window are not eligible.

3. Prorated Refunds After the First 30 Days

If you cancel your monthly plan after the first 30 days:

  • We will refund the value of any unused minutes, excluding the fees paid for purchased phone numbers.
  • Fees for purchased phone numbers and minutes already consumed are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] containing:

  • Your account ID or primary email address
  • The invoice or receipt number
  • The reason for the request

We may ask for additional information to verify ownership or diagnose the issue.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days; the time your bank takes to post the credit is beyond our control.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a credit-card chargeback without contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension of your account. Legitimate billing disputes are always resolved promptly—please reach out to us before filing a chargeback.

6. Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

  • Charges arising from your violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., spam campaigns, unlawful robocalls)
  • One-time professional-services or custom-development work that has already been delivered
  • Promotional or beta features offered at no cost
  • Taxes, duties, or exchange-rate differences levied by your payment provider

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law (for example, the EU "cooling-off" period). Where such rights apply, we will honour them.

8. Policy Updates

We may amend this Refund Policy with at least 30 days' notice via email or an in-app alert. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
