We may train and refine our AI models on de-identified, aggregated data.

We keep Personal Data only for as long as it is reasonably required to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy. In certain situations, we may need to hold your information longer— for example, to meet statutory or regulatory duties, resolve disputes, or enforce our contractual rights.

Usage Data is typically stored for a shorter duration. However, we may retain it beyond that timeframe if doing so is necessary to bolster system security, enhance the Service's performance, or comply with a specific legal mandate.

The Service is operated from the United States. By submitting information, you acknowledge international transfer and processing. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized mechanisms for EU/UK transfers.

Voiceai employs industry-standard safeguards, including TLS 1.2+, AES-256 encryption at rest, least-privilege access controls, annual penetration tests, and 24 × 7 monitoring. No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

8. Email Communications

We may send announcements, account alerts, and marketing messages. We log email opens and link clicks to improve content. To stop marketing emails, click unsubscribe or email [email protected].

9. Your Privacy Rights

9.1 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you reside in the EEA/UK, you may:

  • Access, correct, or delete Personal Data
  • Restrict or object to processing
